  1. Request a package

    Tell us which service you need and share your goals. A request is free and does not create a paid booking.

  2. Approve the scope

    We send the deliverables, start date, EGP total, payment schedule and applicable policies in writing. Payment instructions accompany your confirmed invoice.

  3. Receive the work

    Sessions, documents, software and support are delivered online or at an agreed meeting. You receive a record of delivery and any agreed handover materials.

Before you order

  • Consultations and audits are paid on confirmation. Development uses agreed milestones; the standard website schedule is 50% to start and 50% at approved handover.
  • Maintenance is invoiced monthly in advance. Renewal and any recurring charge require your agreement; no annual commitment is required.
  • Domains, hosting subscriptions, paid software and app store fees are excluded unless explicitly included in your written scope.
  • Delivery periods start after the agreed payment, required content and access are received. Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding Egyptian public holidays.
