Cancellation policy
Cancel a booking, stop a project or end monthly maintenance by contacting our team.

How to cancel
Email support@tegotrend.com with your order reference and the service you want to cancel. You may also call +201010509839; we confirm the cancellation and its effective date in writing. Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding Egyptian public holidays.
Consultations and workshops
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the session for a full refund or a new date at no extra charge. For later requests or a missed session, contact us to arrange a replacement date or discuss the appropriate refund. We assess the circumstances and any applicable consumer rights before retaining a payment.
Audits and development
Cancel before work begins for a full refund. If work has begun, we stop new work, document what has been delivered and calculate any refund under the refund policy. Cancellation does not authorise new work or additional fees. Approved third-party purchases are considered separately where their provider allows cancellation.
Monthly maintenance
There is no minimum annual term. Notify us before the next billing date to stop renewal and the next charge. We confirm when coverage ends and arrange the return or removal of access provided for the service. Unused included maintenance hours expire at the end of the monthly period and are not carried forward; this does not remove any right to a refund for a deficient service.
Cancellation by TegoTrend
If we cannot provide the agreed service, we contact you promptly to agree a revised date or cancellation. Undelivered prepaid services are refunded. We give reasonable notice before ending ongoing support where possible and provide the agreed handover materials.
Your rights
Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights under Egyptian law take precedence over these terms. See the terms of service for the wider order conditions.
